Group Therapy
“Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.”

Women’s Therapy Group
-
A therapy processing group is a space where individuals can come together to talk openly, reflect on their experiences, and gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. It offers an opportunity to explore experiences in real time, with support, feedback, and shared understanding from others.
Our group will focus on themes of compassion, curiosity, belonging, and authenticity, with the intention of helping participants deepen self-understanding and build more meaningful connections with themselves and others.
